Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

A single level condo featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and gorgeous mountain views from the south facing windows. Step onto the private patio for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The master bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a Queen and adjacent alcove with a bunk bed for an extra sleeping space. Access for the third bathroom in the main hallway with washer and dryer. Guests enjoy complimentary amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a covered garage for 1 vehicle and outdoor parking for two on the driveway. No air conditioning.

Located one block from downtown Winter Park and about two miles to the ski resort, Hi Country Haus is situated in a quiet secluded setting, yet it is close to all the conveniences. All units have a full kitchen, fireplace, cable TV, and some units have a private balcony. The clubhouse features an indoor pool, two indoor and one outdoor hot tubs, a pool table, coin operated laundry, complimentary Wi-FI access. In the shopping complex where the front desk is located, there is a convenience store, beauty salon, and restaurants. Meeting room space is available for groups. The free shuttle bus runs frequently by this well-located property.
