Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

Located in the heart of the Village and just a few steps from coffee shops, restaurants and chairlifts, Parry Peaks Lofts are at the center of all that Winter Park has to offer. These luxury two-level condos have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, gourmet kitchens and premium baths with Jacuzzis. Kitchens at Parry Peak Lofts feature granite countertops, breakfast bar stainless steel appliances, metallic backsplashes and a designer color scheme. Gorgeous views of the Village, Continental Divide and Mary Jane can be taken in from the private balcony and throughout the loft. Situated high on a mountain Meadow Ridge features beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums in Fraser Valley with a great view of Byers Peak. Located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort on free shuttle bus line and surrounded by 300 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails. Meadow Ridge is located in the town of Fraser- 6 miles from the ski resort on the free shuttle route. All units have a full kitchen, color cable tv, vcr. Some units have a private balcony or patio. The recreation center has tennis courts, game room, locker room and racquetball courts.
