The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. This well-located lodge offers condominiums with fully equipped kitchens, private balconies and gas fireplaces. Each unit includes a washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy the numerous outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs. There is also a sauna, fitness facility, computer lounge, library, fitness center, and underground heated parking.

Ridgecrest condominiums come equipped with a full kitchen, gas fireplace and private balcony with beautiful views. The property has an outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry room, parking garage, and a community room with a pool table.

Conveniently located in the Ski Time Square area, the Kutuk Condominiums boast a great location at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. There is a large underground parking structure but with its great location within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shops, a car is not a necessity.
