Conveniently located in the Ski Time Square area, the Kutuk Condominiums boast a great location at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Each condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, a shared balcony and spacious bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi and parking is included. Kutuk has a giant sundeck with beautiful views. This is where most of the amenities are located, including two outdoor hot tubs, a BBQ area, ski lockers, and a fire pit. The property also sits along Burgess Creek, making it a serene summertime retreat. There is a large underground parking structure but with its great location within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shops, a car is not a necessity.

Get away from it all up at The West Condominiums; this mountaintop retreat is located right above the Steamboat Mountain Village, offering a private hillside location with spectacular views of the ski area and Yampa Valley. The Mountain Village is just a short stroll away by an access path, leading you down to the Gondola, shops and restaurants in the base area.
