This home is modern and sleek and contemporary. Floor to ceiling windows lets in lots of sun and offers incredible mountain views. Walk right down the street to jump on ‘Quittin‘ Time’, a Park City Mountain Resort ski run and ski down to the Town Lift. Luxurious outdoor Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, Formal Dining Room. This home is on many levels with lots of stairs. It also has lovely plate glass tabletops and is not appropriate for rambunctious children. 1115 Lowell Avenue

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Comprised of three buildings, Resort Plaza condominiums offer underground parking with elevator access, and an off- site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Resort Plaza Condominiums.
