Resort Plaza

Resort Plaza Condominiums offer a convenient ski-in, ski-out location at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are located just one-half mile from Park City’s Main Street. Comprised of three buildings, Resort Plaza condominiums offer underground parking with elevator access, and an off- site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Resort Plaza Condominiums.

Lowell at Park City

Enjoy being the heart and center of Park City's Main Base Area (Mountain Village), this newly renovated top floor unit is immediately next door to Park City's Legacy Lodge including ski school, rentals, restaurant, bar and more. Payday lift, ski school, restaurants, bars, apres ski, alpine coaster, zip lines, ice skating and more are all right outside the door. Winter you are the heart and center of skiing, summer the heart and center of mountain biking, alpine slides, hiking, scenic chair rides, festivals, farmers markets and more.

This 5 bed, 5 bath Abode is perfect for a large group who wants to take advantage of the slopes and is dying to enjoy the sweeping mountain west landscape that unfolds right outside their front door.

1115 Lowell Avenue

1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Apex Residences

This home is on many levels with lots of stairs. It also has lovely plate glass tabletops and is not appropriate for rambunctious children.
