Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

The Iron Horse is the ultimate mountain escape to lodging in Winter Park with condominium units including our sport studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options. While staying with us, enjoy our fully equipped Fitness Center with free weights, weight machine, treadmill, spin bikes, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, locker rooms, and steam rooms.

Upscale and spacious, the two bedroom, two bath plus den units were completed in 1999 in the MeadowRidge area of Fraser. The nicely appointed units include gas log fireplace, full kitchen, TV, phone, in unit washer/dryer and deck. An outdoor common area hot tub provides uninterrupted mountain views and underground parking is available for guests. A quick five miles from Winter Park Resort, the property is on the free town shuttle as well. This comfortable 2-bedroom condo located in Fraser within the Grand Park neighborhood and close proximity to trails, activities and events providing a great spot to rest well after playing hard in the mountains.

This beautifully appointed unit spans 1,200 square feet and is located on the building’s first floor. It is important to mention that there are roughly 6 to 8 steps leading to the unit as the ground floor accommodates a one car garage. In the primary living space, there is access to a private balcony that offers mountain views. This area features a gas fireplace, a television, a VCR, a queen sofa sleeper, complimentary Wi-Fi and does not include air conditioning. The layout provides an unobstructed view of both the living and kitchen areas, with a solid wood dining table that accommodates six people.
