During the powder filled winter months, this property gives guests the very best ski access, with the Coonskin chairlift right out your front door. During the festival fueled summer months, Telluride Town Park is a short stroll away along the San Miguel River. The main grocery store in town, Clark's Market, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Located in the Tristant development in Mountain Village, the Tristant residences feature 4 bedrooms and 4 to 4.5 bathrooms and unmatched views of the San Sophia Mountain range. Riverside Retreat at Viking Lodge has everything you need for the ultimate Telluride stay. This clean and comfortable 1 bedroom/1 bath condo was recently completely remodeled and features a brand new king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It has an inviting private bathroom with sliding glass shower doors and spacious sink and also features a private washer/dryer. The main sitting area has a fully stocked kitchen, spacious counter space, seating and dining table. A private patio is accessed from the seating area with incredible views and access to walking trails, hiking and biking trails and skiing right out the door.

All condominiums have a gas fireplace, one car garage, washer-dryer, balcony, ski storage and access to the outdoor common area hot tub. The complex is just a few yards to the San Miguel River.
