Waterstone

These lodge-style townhomes overlook Burgess Creek and are within walking distance of the Steamboat ski area base. Waterstone is a year-round mountain retreat in a mountain village setting. These furnished townhomes offer multi-level floor plans and plenty of space to relax. Waterstone townhomes include a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, private deck/patio, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, private one-car garage parking and ski lockers. The complex offers a community outdoor pool and hot tub, and provides complimentary on-call guest shuttle service during ski season.

An extraordinary location, spectacular views and secluded outdoor living spaces are just a few of the many highlights of these two side-by-side townhomes perfect for family reunions or large groups. Together these two residences comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests in 12 bedrooms. Expansive living areas, both inside and out, provide plenty of space for everyone to gather or find a quiet spot for privacy. The floorplans of the residences are similar, yet each residence boasts its own unique character.

Crosstimbers Townhomes

The Crosstimbers Townhomes are ideally located just two blocks from the Steamboat Ski Resort Gondola. Stroll to shops and restaurants in Gondola Square and Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the ski resort. These sunny multi-level townhomes have spacious living and dining areas, and views of the southern Steamboat valley and Flattops mountain range through large windows and private balconies. At the end of the day, relax in the seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. In-unit amenities include private balconies, a gas fireplace, washer/dryer and two-car garage.

Falconhead Lodge South

Falconhead Lodge South offers spectacular views over the Yampa Valley and is ideal for large groups of families and friends. Spanning 7,164 square feet and sleeping up to 16, this property feels more like staying in your own private lodge rather than a vacation home. For the utmost privacy and convenience, guests enter this unique residence from the top level with heated garage and plenty of space for coats and snow boots with built-in lockers. Designed for large groups and entertaining, the main floor opens into a great room accented by vaulted ceilings, wide-plank rustic wood flooring, a stone fireplace and wall of windows to take in the views. The living, kitchen and dining areas flow openly into each other to make sure everyone can gather together easily. The large kitchen provides everything needed to craft delicious family meals while a covered recessed balcony extends the living area into the great outdoors. At the dining table you’ll find seating for 12, adding to the five seats available at the kitchen island. Downstairs on the mid level there’s a second floor of living space with kitchen, dining and living areas. This space features a plush sectional sofa, dining table for 10 and a full kitchen with professional-grade appliances. French doors off the dining area frame beautiful views and walkout to a second balcony. Five bedrooms, spread out on three floors, allow ample room for a large group or various families. The master bedroom on the main level includes a gas fireplace and private access to a covered balcony. On the mid-level, the bunkroom can be converted into two smaller bedrooms allowing for flexibility. A second master suite with private bath offers views of the valley and Sleeping Giant Mountain. Additional guest rooms include a third master suite and queen suite, each offering private en suite baths. A third gathering area can be found on the lowest level with a sports bar/den recreation room. Watch your favorite team on the flat-screen TV or challenge friends to game of pool. The bar has a small refrigerator, a wine refrigerator, and small dishwasher. This level is also home to the wine cellar and a covered deck with a private hot tub. Half bathrooms are conveniently located on all three living levels adjacent to living areas.

Norwegian Log

Slide into your boots and ski right to the lifts in the morning at these convenient condominiums directly under the Silver Bullet Gondola. Rugged timbers, stucco and mountain rock create a harmonious contemporary exterior. Norwegian Log's interior motif blends natural wood, wrought iron, colors and textures into an aesthetic Western feel. Your private, sunny balcony presents stunning valley-wide views from the Yampa River to the Flattops Wilderness. When your day on the slopes winds down, it’s about a 100 yard walk back to Norwegian Log where you can head for the slope side outdoor hot tub.

Storm Peak Chalet

Stay in the heart of Steamboat Village at Storm Peak Chalet. Newly constructed, this beautiful four bedroom home features magnificent mountain views and exquisite craftsmanship throughout. The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. For additional sleep space, the media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

Waterford

A hidden gem, tucked away in Steamboat’s mountain village neighborhood, Waterford offers 3-level townhomes, a short shuttle ride to skiing, shopping and dining. Each townhome has over 2,100 square feet of space to spread out and relax in. Included are a private deck, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, wireless internet, and private garage. Waterford provides a winter season shuttle to the ski area.

Chalet Couloir

Chalet Couloir (pronounced “koo-lwar”) is a beautifully renovated home with loads of natural light, stylish furnishings, and gorgeous views from the ski mountain. For those of you curious, a couloir is a French word for a long, narrow chute with rocks on either side that in the winter is filled with snow, and where you may find extreme skiers making hair-raising turns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short 5-minute drive to the ski resort and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails. The multi-level duplex has abundant space for guests to spread out and enjoy their own pockets of privacy while still having the perfect gathering spot on the main level in an inviting great room, dining area, and kitchen. This open area is made for entertaining and relaxing. Enjoy the warmth from the towering stone gas fireplace that is the centerpiece of the living area. A striking chandelier hangs like a piece of suspended art over the dining table that seats 10. In addition, there are four stools at the kitchen counter, perfect for a quick breakfast or to chat with the chef at work.

Winter Castle North

Winter Castle is a delightful, large (4,500 square foot) home, bursting with Colorado charm, close to the ski area base, ideal for two or three families, with beds for up to 16 guests. Located on the mountain in a private neighborhood, Winter Castle offers privacy along with great access to skiing just minutes from your door. This home has rich mountain accents; large beams, reclaimed wood floors, custom antler railings and a stone fireplace to create a cozy luxury lodge. Your home-away-from-home includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV and gas fireplace, providing a comfortable airy setting for living, dining, and entertaining. Plush leather couches invite you to relax and enjoy a good book or watch a movie. The professionally equipped kitchen provides everything that your group will need. It’s a great home for entertaining, with a dining table that seats up to 10, and 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom on the main level is just one of 5 king bedrooms in this large home, three of which have private baths. The lower level has a king bedroom with private bath and two king bedrooms that share a bath. On the upper level is another king with shared bath and a bunk room that has two sets of bunks and two trundle beds to sleep up to 6 guests – ideal for kids. The rec room provides an additional living area with a 42” TV, Wii video games system, and a foosball table. The outdoor hot tub allows you to relax and soak away the stresses of a day on the mountain. Elk Run Townhomes are ideal for family and friends looking for a quiet setting and large living space. After a long day of Steamboat adventures relax in one of the two outdoor hot tubs on the premises. The free town shuttle stops about 1.5 blocks away, and the ski area is approximately 300 yards away.
