The adjacent dining table seats 8 guests.

While The Olympian is unique for its architectural integrity and its prime downtown location, a few features make it stand out from any other property in town. These large and spacious units average more than 1,600 square feet in size, with balconies overlooking the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. The Olympian features mountain contemporary interiors, including granite slab counters, stainless steel appliances and exposed timber. The exterior combines brick and stone elements. There is a common inner courtyard for a quick retreat or you can cross the street for a relaxing stroll next to the Yampa River. Other amenities include underground heated parking spaces and common elevator access.

This 4,600 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room with Smart TVs.
