Newly constructed and located just a short walk from the heart of Steamboat Village, Sunshine Peak Chalet offers a premiere location with all the comforts and privacy of home. The intimate great room allows you to gather around the fire and relax while taking in stunning mountain views. The spacious and open floor plan connects the living spaces with the kitchen and dining areas to let everyone spread out but stay connected with the whole group. In the gourmet kitchen you’ll find everything you need to craft a delicious home-cooked meal. Granite counters offer ample workspace, all appliances are professional-grade and the large center island provides seating for four. The adjoining dining area seats ten for larger family meals. Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room with Smart TVs. The in-home Sonos audio system provides an unlimited streaming music library all controlled through an iPhone or iPad throughout. Complimentary private shuttle is included for convenient and speedy access to the ski trails.

This remarkable 9,000 square foot luxury home offers 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 16 individuals. Each room is beautifully furnished with features such as infinity tubs, custom tile work, flat panel TVs, original artwork and layered lighting. A custom-made spiral staircase leads you to the upper deck which is made for year-round enjoying with a hot tub, wet bar, fireplace and seating to enjoy the Flat Top Mountain views from. There is a fully equipped professional kitchen with top of the line appliances and custom granite. A circular dining table seats 14 people and there is an additional breakfast table that will accommodate 10 guests. The sports bar and recreation room are a great way to entertain yourselves off of the slopes with a shuffle board table, pool table, poker table and plasma TV. There is an additional family room on the lower level with another flat screen TV and multiple video game systems to entertain the younger members of the group. Morningside Ridge is a spectacular 3 bedroom residence at Edgemont. This exclusive slopeside property is located right on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run, close to the Steamboat mountain village. Edgemont is one of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower. Getting on and off the slopes couldn’t be easier with ski lockers located next to the slopes.
