The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The ski slopes can’t get much closer than this luxurious residence. A few steps down from the deck at Starlight Ridge and you’re gliding onto the Stampede run. When summer rolls around you walk right out to the hiking and biking trails on Mount Werner. You’ll enter this spectacular home straight from the underground parking garage of the Edgemont building into a private foyer. Contemporary décor with Western touches welcomes you into the residence. Off to the left is the private primary king suite with a wet bar complete with sink and beverage refrigerator, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and separate tub and shower. Step out on to the suite’s balcony overlooking the pool and hot tubs, gondola and sweeping views looking down the Yampa Valley towards the Flat Top mountains.

This exclusive mountain duplex is just 100 yards from the ski slopes. One side of the duplex has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths; the other side has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Each half-duplex has its own private outdoor hot tub, sauna, wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2-car garage. On-call shuttle service is available during winter months at this property. If guests opt to bring a car, 4- wheel drive is recommended in the winter due to the steep driveway. Each side of the duplex can be rented independently, or both sides can be rented together.

Ironwood Townhomes are nestled next to the base of the gondola, giving skiers excellent access to the slopes. Plus, they are a short walk from shopping, dining and entertainment.
