The Snow Flower Condominiums are located directly on the slopes with ski-in/ski-out access to the Three Kings, Eagle or First Time Chairlift at Park City Resort. Two outdoor relaxing pools and one outdoor spa are available for guests to enjoy, as is a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and underground parking for one vehicle per unit. 1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Walk right down the street to jump on ‘Quittin‘ Time’, a Park City Mountain Resort ski run and ski down to the Town Lift. Luxurious outdoor Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, Formal Dining Room. This home is on many levels with lots of stairs. It also has lovely plate glass tabletops and is not appropriate for rambunctious children.
