Chatrium Niseko

Chalet Luma by H2 Life

Chalet Luma is a perfect family retreat within walking distance of Hirafu village, in the peaceful forest of St Moritz. Though only 1.3 kms from the centre of Hirafu, the house includes a morning shuttle service to the lifts, and a return trip back in the afternoon. Chalet Luma accommodates up to 9 guests (a sofabed is available for the ninth guest).

The Heritage

The Heritage is located in Izumikyo 2, and consists of four generously-sized, fully furnished four-bedroom townhouses. Youtei Tracks

Completed in 2006, Youtei Tracks’ upper village location cannot be beaten. Approx. 350 m to the Ace Family chair, this stylish building is surrounded by the best Hirafu has to offer in restaurants and bars. Large windows allow for maximum natural light. All furnishings have been hand selected by Australian interior designer, Lynn Malone, for maximum comfort and function. Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and stove top. Laundry facilities are located in the entrance area of each apartment, making these facilities available to all guests when the two key apartments are rented separately.The basement has large ski and drying rooms and each apartment has secure facilities within each. The ski room has a fully equipped tuning bench for guest use.

This fantastic house tucked away in the lower village gives you peace and quiet while retaining easy access to the nightlife. And the view… drop dead gorgeous. It's as if you created a mountain and molded its edges so that it fits perfectly into your floor-to-ceiling window frame. Nothing about this house is low-rent, from the sofa to the stovetop. The lower level has its own ski and dry room along with a laundry. No more tracking your snowy gear all through the house. There are also two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Onwards up the staircase you reach the upper floor and it is all about enjoyment. A three minute (200m) walk to the Hirafu Gondola is the only thing between Niseko Landmark View guests and the famous Niseko powder. All of the common comforts of a hotel can be enjoyed in contemporary luxury with an option of 2BDR or 3BDR apartments spread over six floors. Every condominium utilizes floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase Mt. Yotei – Hokkaido’s answer to Mt Fuji. There are two condominium styles: deluxe and premium. The difference between the two is in the floor level and interior decoration. Premium condominiums are located on floors 4 – 6 and have been designed with superior quality furnishings. This refurbished economy accommodation option offers great value in a fantastic location. Situated in the Hirafu district in Niseko, M Lodge offers 3-star rooms with free WiFi. At your door is the resort shuttle bus stop, and then it is less than a five-minute walk to the Ace Family Lift base, making it incredibly easy to get up the mountain each morning and only a short walk back after a hard day of skiing.
