Park City's historic Main Street is 1.5 miles away. The property is three blocks walking distance from the free citywide shuttle stop on Deer Valley Drive. Relax in the outdoor hot tub after a long day on the slopes. A bbq grill is available for guest use on the large deck. This home has a washer/dryer and 2-car garage.

The layout is excellent for hosting large groups, as each guest will have their own private space and bathroom, with bedding to comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests in beds, or up to 17 comfortably with a sleeper sofa in the loft.
