Although they are only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street, these units are in a forested, streamside location which provides for a quiet location. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

Winterpoint Townhomes are conveniently located close to both the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks below the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Town Shuttle stops nearby and it’s a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
