Guests will revel in the modern décor, large bedrooms, and plenty of space for the whole family – even the four-legged family members. Featured amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, chef’s kitchen, expansive deck, private office, and den with billiards, ping pong, and air hockey. The warm and welcoming great room sits at the heart of the home and enjoys wooded and mountain views through the expansive windows, under a vaulted ceiling with a gas-burning fireplace and beautiful rock hearth. The chefs of the group will be delighted with the well-appointed kitchen offering a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, and island seating. An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the day’s exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
