The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Tannenbaum II Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. To get to the ski area, skiers and snowboarders can hop on the free town bus just across the street or simply walk a few blocks to the gondola. Inside, guests are invited to relax amidst the open floor plan, three large bedrooms, two baths, two private decks and expansive mountain views. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a toasty mudroom with plenty of equipment storage. The living room is open and cozy with a wood burning fireplace, ample seating, a memory foam pull out couch and flat screen TV. Just outside the main floor is a deck with a private hot tub, grill and unbeatable views of the Breckenridge ski area and all the twinkling lights of Main Street!
